Supporter Management

The foundation of The Salsa Platform is our Supporter Management system. (The industry-standard term for this part is "customer relationship manager" or CRM. Think of it as the tomatoes.) Salsa maintains a database with an individual record for each of your supporters so that you can keep track of their contact information, donor history, event attendance, volunteer experience, and any additional involvement.

In the Supporter Management tool, you have complete control of your own data. As you mix your own Salsa batches, you can:
