New Partnership Allows Clients to Evaluate the Impact of their Supporters on Social Media
Washington, D.C. – February 19, 2013 Salsa Labs, Inc. (Salsa), creator of the online and integrated platformfor nonprofits and political campaigns to build a base of support, has partnered with Attentive.ly to offer Salsa clients a new and innovative way to measure the impact of their supporters in the social media space, featuring the seamless transition of data between Salsa and Attentive.ly.
“Attentive.ly tells you what your supporters are saying on social networks,” said Roz Lemieux, CEO of Attentive.ly. “We analyze the public tweets and Facebook posts of the supporters in your Salsa database to help you dramatically increase response rates across email and social. Attentive.ly shows you trending topics and lets you target messages based on supporters’ interests and influencer-status. “
Attentive.ly works by importing an organization’s supporter email list to match public profiles on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. To ensure privacy, only posts that are public are matched and monitored. Once individuals are matched, their public posts begin showing up on the organization’s Attentive.ly dashboard. Organizations then have access to statistics about top influencers, search features based on topics, reports with filters on location or specified parameters and more. They can reach out through Attentive.ly to directly message individual supporters or import targeted-lists back into Salsa for email outreach.
“Attentive.ly works seamlessly with Salsa, offering a simple drop down option for our clients to import their lists between databases and get started evaluating the impact of their supporters,” said JB Rauch, vice president of partner programs with Salsa. “It offers a new level of social CRM for our clients and an opportunity not only to see how their supporters are responding on social media but giving them information to motivate action.”
Current Salsa clients can learn more about the partnership by contacting their account manager.
Attentive.ly, a product of Good+Geek, offers the latest in “enterprise listening” technology to help maximize ROI on both email and social media. Attentive.ly lets you target just the right people based on interest and influence to dramatically increase response rates. It shows what your email list is saying on social media, who has Klout, and what topics are trending among supporters, donors, and volunteers. Attentive.ly was co-founded by Cheryl Contee and Roz Lemieux, inspired by their work with some of the country’s largest nonprofits at Fission Strategy.
