Early Bird Registration (and 20% Discount) Ends on Friday, July 20

by Beth Johnson, Communication Specialist, Salsa

The end is near… the end of early bird registration that is. This week is your last chance to get 20% off your registration for the 2012 Salsa Community Conference on September 20-21 in Washington, D.C. Just use the code EarlyBird2012 to sign up for two days of the best Salsa has to offer.

When you register, you'll need to outline your plan for attending sessions throughout the conference. You're not locked into your choices but it will help us gauge which sessions might need the bigger rooms or extra chairs. To assist you with your decisions, we've posted the full agenda and curriculum descriptions. You'll notice a variety of offerings with panel discussions, roundtables, certification trainings and more. We've also brought back two of our biggest hits from last year- the Geek Lab and Curbside Consulting. These give you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how to make the most of your Salsa applications and maximize your online strategies.

As you know, we call this the community conference because we believe in peer-to-peer learning. Sprinkled throughout the agenda are opportunities to connect with others in the nonprofit world and share the secrets to success. The Birds of a Pepper roundtables give attendees the chance to interact with each other, focused either on specific topics, like social media or events, or based on their sector, like the environment or health care. The Fail Like You Mean It session is sure to teach you a lot, if you have the guts to attend. That's because you'll get the chance to share your biggest failures and lessons learned with others, and hear theirs!

Register before July 20 (that's Friday) to take advantage of early bird registration. The 20% savings makes a great value even better and includes two days of training, five meals, one-on-one consulting, all with the Salsa flare you've come to expect.
