Since its launch in Paris in December 2008, Global Zero has grown to include 300 leaders and nearly half a million citizens worldwide, developed a step-by-step plan to eliminate nuclear weapons, built an international student movement with 175 campus chapters in 30 countries, and produced an acclaimed documentary film, "Countdown to Zero."
Political leaders around the world have endorsed Global Zero, with President Obama declaring, “Global Zero will always have a partner in me and my administration.” Leading newspapers have backed Global Zero’s plan, the Financial Times concluding that, “Global Zero’s plan has shown the direction to be travelled; the world’s leaders must now start moving.”

"We are really fortunate to have a strong international base and that's reflected in our Salsa supporter management - our action rates, our open rates, all of those are really strong numbers when we compare them to our benchmarks."
"Global Zero was able to track the progress of multiple campaigns in different geographic regions around the world."
"Engage supporters with a simple action- sign a petition, in a language they speak."
"Global Zero was able to work with Salsa's partner Cornershop Creative to create an appealing microsite in multiple languages for a European-based campaign to target a young, tech-savvy audience."
