Jon Wheeler is Associate Director, Digital Marketing for Save the Children Action Network (SCAN), where he manages email and mobile fundraising and advocacy communication. He previously was a partner for PowerThru Consulting, where he assisted scores of organizations and political campaigns in optimizing their online organizing platforms and web presence.

He specialized in complex integrations, data migrations, and custom development on Salsa Classic, having worked for Salsa Labs for several years supporting enterprise-level clients on their use of the platform. Jon started his career managing the (snail-mail) database for a member of Congress in the mid-90s when there was no such thing yet as online advocacy or fundraising! Jon lives in Washington DC with his family after several years abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
