Giftworks is now part of FrontStream Payments Panorama platform. Giftworks is okay for donor management for small nonprofits. Watch out for extra “seat” charges and for extra fees for online donations. If you want to take advantage of the other functionality provided in the Panorama platform provided through the other company’s acquired by FrontStream Payments (Artez, First Giving, Bidding for Good), there will be substantial upcharges.
