#SalsaSpotlight: The Beaver County Humane Society

Since it's inception in 1950, the Beaver County Humane Society (BCHS) has grown from a backyard operation into a thriving animal rights center that provides shelter, adoption services, and educational programs. It also serves as a community watchdog organization dedicated to the investigation, correction, or prosecution of cruelty or abuse to animals.

Since we've been using Salsa we've seen our online gifts double. At the same time, we have been able to increase our adoption rate by 110%, and decerase our euthanasia rate by 50%.

BCHS has remained an animal rights pillar in the Pittsburgh area for over 65 years, taking in about 4,000 animals annually and seeing to it that they receive proper medical care and, ultimately, new homes. The organization's success stems from BCHS leadership and their uncanny ability to mobilize supporters into taking swift community action. The Beaver County Humane Society and Salsa have been steadfast partners for the past ten years, and we are proud to that our Salsa CRM system has helped them remain a beacon of hope and love for animals and animal lovers in western Pennsylvania.
