About Ebony Taylor

Director of Infrastructure
TechImpact

My name is Ebony Taylor, and I am the, The Director of Infrastructure Services here at Tech Impact. For almost 14 years I have been working with nonprofits in and around The City of Philadelphia, the United States and even some international to help them achieve and deliver their missions by providing them the necessary resources and equipment to do so. Here at Tech Impact, I strive daily to deliver excellent customer service so that the many nonprofits that we service can continue to support their missions and constituents. My job here brings joy and excitement to me when I know that we have touched so many people indirectly by ensuring that the folks who support them directly have the best technology at their fingertips.
